About The Artist

My creative life has taken many forms and paths —from screenwriting and film production to photography and mixed-media art.

​

At the heart of my work is my passion for exploring life through the experience of women—our desires and longings, our concerns, our courage, our complexities…and ultimately, our breakthroughs.

​

I’m drawn to the many dimensions of being a woman—the courage to challenge expectations, to question what confines us, and to move beyond what holds us back, whether imposed by society or from within.

​

Sometimes this appears directly in my work through a face or a story; other times it emerges through photography, abstraction, texture, color, or symbols that carry a language of their own.

​

I work intuitively, often beginning with something that simply catches my attention and seeing where it takes me. I love the unexpected—the moment when separate images, materials, and ideas come together and become something I hadn’t quite imagined.
