What countries do you ship to, and how much does shipping cost?
Currently, we ship within the United States, and the best part? Shipping is completely FREE!
u’re outside the U.S., please reach out with your address before placing an order. In some cases, we may be able to accommodate international shipping with additional fees.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your art! If your piece arrives damaged, simply return it, and we’ll gladly send you a replacement.
If the colors appear different from what you saw on our website, let us know within 15 days of receiving your order. After approval, we’ll either replace the artwork or offer a refund. Your satisfaction is our priority!
What do you mean by “Special Requests” on your product page?
Each artwork is available in specific sizes and materials (like Giclée prints or Gallery-wrapped canvas). But if you’d like something different—maybe a metal or acrylic print or a custom size—we’re happy to explore options!
Here are some special requests we can accommodate:

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Each piece is made to order with care! Processing typically takes up to 10 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location. We’ll send tracking details as soon as your art is on its way.
Do you offer framed prints?
At this time, our prints come unframed unless specified. We can surely accommodate you. if you’d like framing options, feel free to request it under “Special Requests,” and we’ll see what we can do!
Can I commission a custom piece?
Yes! If you have a vision in mind, let’s talk. I love working on custom pieces that bring your ideas to life. Just reach out with details, and we’ll go from there.
How do I care for my artwork?
To keep your art looking its best:

Keep it away from direct sunlight for long periods.

Avoid high humidity areas (bathrooms, for example).

For prints on canvas, use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust.
Are the colors of the artwork exactly as shown on the website?
We do our best to ensure that the colors of our artwork appear accurately online. However, due to differences in screen settings and lighting, slight variations may occur. If you’re concerned about color accuracy, feel free to reach out before ordering, and we can provide more details!
Do you offer gift cards?
At the moment, we do not offer gift cards, but we’re looking into it! If you’d like to gift a piece to someone special and aren’t sure what to choose, feel free to reach out—we’d be happy to help.
Can I see a preview of how the artwork will look in my space?
We don’t currently offer a digital preview service, but a great way to visualize your art is by using augmented reality apps or printing out a to-scale version on paper to test placement. Need help choosing a size? Let us know, and we can offer guidance!
Do you sign your artwork?
If you purchase an original artwork, absolutely—it will be hand-signed as a mark of authenticity. However, Giclée art prints are not signed to maintain the integrity of the artwork. If you’d like a certificate of authenticity with your print, please reach out, and we’ll be happy to discuss options!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options. If you have any issues checking out, just let us know!
